Statement: Very Important – Please Read Before You Order 

• Hair Color:
  All of our wigs and hair extensions are handmade, and while we strive to provide an accurate color representation on our website, slight variations may occur. The lighting conditions, as well as different batches, may cause the color to appear darker or lighter than shown in the images. These variations are normal and not considered defects. If you are unsure about the exact color, please contact us for more photos or samples before placing an order.

• Hairstyle:
  Since each wig is made by hand, slight variations in the hairstyle may occur from the images displayed. Our stylists do their best to match the style, but due to the handcrafting process, the finished product may look slightly different. If you have a specific style requirement, please ensure to communicate your request clearly with us.

• Cap Size and Lace Color:
  The default cap size we use is medium, and the lace color is medium brown. If you require a different cap size or lace color, please specify this when placing your order. We are happy to offer customized options upon request. If no special instructions are provided, we will send the default configuration.

• Acceptance of Statement:
  By placing an order, you are acknowledging that you understand and accept the above terms, including the possibility of minor variations in color, style, and size. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

About Color Differences 

Due to the handmade nature of our wigs, there may be slight color differences between the product you receive and the image displayed on our website. This can happen because of factors such as different light conditions, dye batch variations, and individual hair texture. Please note that these differences are considered normal and do not constitute a defect in the product. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Full refund will be offered for any products lost in transit.
