Return & Refund Eligibility

- 28-Day Return & Refund Window: We accept returns and offer refunds within 28 days of receiving your item, provided it is in its original condition. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Please ensure you do not wash, condition, dye, perm, or cut the lace of the item if you wish to return it. Any alteration to the item will void the return/refund eligibility.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the same packaging and condition they were received in, without any signs of use.
- Exceptions to the Refund Policy
1. We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
  - Items that have been altered, dyed, cut, washed, or used in any way.
  - Normal Return Period
  1. Under normal circumstances, items can be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately will not be able to process a return or refund.
